Sorry for the question but it has currently brought my game to a stand still.
If a Kinetic Blast does 5d6+7 (+1 for PB, +3 for 1/2 Con, +3 for Feel the Burn.. untyped bonus damage).
If I maximize this and empower it how much damage do I do if I roll all 2s.
Maximize 30 +7= 37
Empower 10 * 1/2 =5
=42
OR
Maximize= 37
Empower (10 +7)1/2= 8
=45
Somebody who knows please enlighten we ignorant : )

Sorry for Kineticist question in the general section but since it dealt with Core rules I thought it fit.
"Benefit: All variable, numeric effects of an empowered spell are increased by half including bonuses to those dice rolls."
Looks like option 2 is correct though I could have swore it was option 1 until I double checked it.
