Hi, this is my first purchase, and i want to know why i receive nothing yet. (Sorry for my bad English)

My Status said "Complete" but i receive nothing:

Sorry for any confusion with this!

Since the subscription was started after February subscription orders had been generated to accounts, things stayed in your sidecart to ship with the next possible subscription order. Normally, that would have been the March order, however, the Maps item for March was delayed because of the recent dockworkers strikes on the West Coast. This means that they are currently waiting to ship with the April subscription order.

The "Ship As Soon As Possible" button from the sidecart has been misbehaving lately (the tech team needs to take a look at some things with that), so if you pushed that at any point, it probably just moved the items back into your sidecart, instead of moving them to a new, shippable, order.

If you want these shipped now, please let us know, and we'll give them a kick to get them on their way. Otherwise, we are currently in the process of generating April subscription orders to accounts, so these items should get combined with the April items any time now, and would be shipping starting sometime next week.

Ok, I will wait for the April Subscription, if all item is delivered in the same time, but if this is not the case and some items cannot be delivered this month, please ship them as soon as possible, Thank You!
