Shopping cart weirdness, can't checkout

Hi,

I had somethings in my cart (PF Companion - Famliars and a Giantslayer subscription, but now they don't show up anymore, HOWEVER I still see the total there $27.03 and no products, can you please help me.

I'm trying to figure out what happened here. Did you delete those at any point, or did you try to check out and they disappeared when you tried to check out?

I put them in my cart some weeks ago, then today, I went to edit my address before finally placing the order, because I moved since the last time I placed an order.

If it was some weeks ago, I suspect the subscription starting options have changed since they were put in there originally, so they were not able to stay in your cart as they had been entered.

I'm not seeing anything that shows a price on our side, so I suspect that may just be some kind of caching issue. I would recommend logging out and logging back in to get that display to clear.

If you need any help getting the subscriptions started, please add the subscriptions back to your cart, let me know what you had been trying to start with, and we'll see what we can do.

Sharaya, ok things seem ok now, I had to add the products again. I see it wants to start the sub with chapter 2, but I kind of need chapter 1 as well, is it possible to start the subscription back with chapter 1?

Since Chapter 1 JUST rotated out as a starting option, I should be able to get it added in once the the subscription is started.

Please let me know when you have submitted this order (it's not showing a payment method selected right now, so I can't submit it from my side).

I just added the payment method, I selected USPS Priority, assuming it's using the flat-rate options, if it's not please revert back to cheapest method possible.
