i was looking and i saw was charged 2 times for what i order

Hello Gamondorf,

It looks like you card initially didn't pass the address verification system. This is usually because the billing address doesn't match what your bank has on file. That is our system declining the card, not the bank. So the bank still put an authorization on the card. This is not a monetary transaction and will disappear after a few business days, but it can look like a pending charge on your end. You have only been charged once.
