PACG Adventure Deck 6 (From Hell's Heart) does not contain 'Make-Good' Package

Last week I ordered the Pathfinder Adventure Card Game Skull & Shackles Adventure Deck 6 (From Hell's Heart) from The Book Depository Ltd through amazon.co.uk,expecting it to contain the 'make-good' package containing cards accidentally omitted from Adventure deck 4(Island of Empty Eyes) together with a bonus scenario. However when I received this adventure deck the extra cards were not included.

I have contacted the Book Depository about this and they seem unable to help, stating in their reply 'I can confirm the product you received is as ordered'.

Hi Lemmaton,

The Deck 4 Make Good pack is not included with Deck 6. For subscribers, we shipped it along with Deck 6, because that is how things timed out, but for other normal distribution channels, it is not paired with Deck 6.

We have been sending out Make Good packs to distributors so that distributors can send them to retailers and then retailers can have them for people who purchased Deck 4 from them.

You should get with the retailer that you purchased Deck 4 from to see if they have a Make Good pack available for you. If they are unable to assist you with that, please let us know.

For additional clarity, we would have sent the make-good packs to the Book Depository's distributor at the same *time* that we sent that distributor deck 6, but they are not literally *included* with deck 6.

Guys, the Book Depository have informed me that they're unable to source the missing material as per the reply below:

'Hi Lee, I'm afraid we are not able to source the missing material as this was not included within 'From Hell's Heart'. This will be available from the publisher directly. Sorry we could not be of more assistance. Kind regards,Marty Hutchinson,Customer Service Supervisor'.

In general, you should check with the retailer that you purchased Deck 4 - Island of Empty Eyes from (if that was somewhere other than Book Depository). If they are unwilling or unable to assist you, please send us an email with the best shipping address to send the pack to. We can be reached at [e-mail].
