Hey, sorry if this has been answered before (though I searched quite thoroughly for a legitimate answer of any kind and could not find one, however I apologize if I just missed it).
Simply put, each of the four elemental planar races can get the feat "Elemental Jaunt" which allows them to plane shift to the plane of their element once per day.
Here's the text on the feat:

My question is this, is this ability legitimately only one way as the text suggests?
I mean, if you can get back using a plane-shift spell then you wouldn't need this feat to begin with and if you could not get there with a spell/artifact then using this feat would strand you until your party could find a way to get you back.
I have seen others claim that the flavour text for the feat suggests that you could use it to return the next day, here's that text

The argument by those people is that you are a half breed and therefore have ancestors native to both the material plane and the elemental plane of your race, allowing you to use it both ways (though the fact that this is based on a single line of flavour text and is not backed up by the description of the ability makes me instantly doubt this).
So I guess my question boils down to, is this feat one-way only, no way to get back and if so, why would you ever take it since it's at best a waste of a feat and at worst a detriment that could strand your character on another plane?
