The question came up whether the Spell Resistance (Yes) of Litany of Escape applies to the target or the grappler (or both I guess).
Who is the correct spell resistance target? Is it supposed to be "harmless"? Is it even supposed to have spell resistance (Personal spell Litany of Sight has spell resistance as well)?

Spell Resistance:
Some creatures are resistant to magic and gain spell resistance. When a creature with spell resistance is targeted by a spell, the caster of the spell must make a caster level check to see if the spell affects the target. The DC of this check is equal to the target creature's SR (some spells do not allow SR checks).
It seems clear that you use the target's spell resistance, if any.
Note, if your ally/friend has spell resistance, you need to roll SR unless they took an action to drop their spell resistance before you cast this spell. On the other hand, if you are casting this on yourself, then you don't have to roll your own SR.
