Order 3498713 - Wrong Item Shipped

I ordered a booster case of Shattered Star Battles minis ... I received a case of Lost Coast minis ... I already have the Lost Coast. How do I get the correct case of Shattered Star and return the wrong case of Lost Coast?


I also have a few books that I inadvertently ordered duplicates of. Can those be returned as well?

Hi there Shykar,

Thanks for letting us know about this! I'm sorry for the mixup, but we can definitely help out with this. I've set up a UPS return label to be emailed to you. Once you receive that email, you should just be able to print out the label and use it to send the Lost Coast case back to us. In the meantime, I'll make sure we get the correct case on the way to you.

We'd be glad to process the returns of your books as well! If there are only a few, you may be able to send them back with the case. However, if there are a good amount, they may need to be shipped separately, as the label that I am sending you is only valid for the weight of the case and won't cover the cost of shipping the books. If you could also let us know the order number for the books you'd like to return, that would make the process a bit easier.

Thanks much Katina. I have only 4 books that need to go back, but my estimate is they will be over the weight on the return label you provided. I will ship the case of minis to you tomorrow.

The 4 books were on order 3465082:

1x Pathfinder Campaign Setting: Technology Guide
2x Pathfinder Campaign Setting: Tombs of Golarion
1x Pathfinder Player Companion: Adventurer's Armory

I will ship these separately, do I send them to the same Warehouse address in Redmond?

Yep, just send them to the same address and if you want you can put 'ATTN: Returns". We will be sure to process the return as soon as we see them come through. Your replacement case should already be in the queue, and you'll receive a shipping confirmation once it's all ready to go.
