Hi, I'm a Pathfinder Battles subscriber. With the upcoming Dungeons Deep release I would like to get the premium figure at the 75% discount and was trying to preorder that as well. However, when I put it in my cart it does not show the subscriber discount. How should I proceed to ensure I get the figure and the discount. Thanks!
Indeed, they convinced me in the above linked thread that they are aware of the peanut problem (sounds like a grade school field trip). The only good option I've seen are the air bags that "the big boys" use (aka Amazon). But the Paizo shipping folks believe they do not protect books adequately. Frankly, after thinking on all of this, I wonder if the crazy "ship a month's worth of orders in a week to contain shipping costs" craziness isn't part of the problem. Complicated by an order management software system that is not up to the task. Alas, I love pathfinder and the creative team, but I have concluded that the economics of scale are against them. I will stick with and continue to cheer them on, while grumbling about peanuts, shipping costs and order management system errors/complexities. GO PAIZO

I love the pathfinders products and I love the subscription program. My feedback for improvement is in the packing of shipments. Those "peanuts" ... what a mess. Static electricity, clinging, getting all over ... is there something better? It takes some of the fun out of receiving a Paizo package when you must arm yourself to do battle with the peanut monster. You should put that in the next Beastiary :-) |
