Hi,

I'm a Pathfinder Battles subscriber. With the upcoming Dungeons Deep release I would like to get the premium figure at the 75% discount and was trying to preorder that as well. However, when I put it in my cart it does not show the subscriber discount. How should I proceed to ensure I get the figure and the discount.

Indeed, they convinced me in the above linked thread that they are aware of the peanut problem (sounds like a grade school field trip). The only good option I've seen are the air bags that "the big boys" use (aka Amazon). But the Paizo shipping folks believe they do not protect books adequately. Frankly, after thinking on all of this, I wonder if the crazy "ship a month's worth of orders in a week to contain shipping costs" craziness isn't part of the problem. Complicated by an order management software system that is not up to the task. Alas, I love pathfinder and the creative team, but I have concluded that the economics of scale are against them. I will stick with and continue to cheer them on, while grumbling about peanuts, shipping costs and order management system errors/complexities.

Thanks much Katina. I have only 4 books that need to go back, but my estimate is they will be over the weight on the return label you provided. I will ship the case of minis to you tomorrow.

What a great concept Treppa. The link you provided says that the cornstarch peanuts dissolve in water. I was so excited I tried it ... but alas, the green meanies continue to float about in the sink as I type this.


Costs for Paizo shipping are already pretty high. I suppose hard to compete with the "big boys" on shipping prices.


I also have a few books that I inadvertently ordered duplicates of. Can those be returned as well?

I love the pathfinders products and I love the subscription program. My feedback for improvement is in the packing of shipments. Those "peanuts" ... what a mess. Static electricity, clinging, getting all over ... is there something better? It takes some of the fun out of receiving a Paizo package when you must arm yourself to do battle with the peanut monster. You should put that in the next Beastiary :-)


I ordered a booster case of Shattered Star Battles minis ... I received a case of Lost Coast minis ... I already have the Lost Coast. How do I get the correct case of Shattered Star and return the wrong case of Lost Coast?

If there is any question about that, please go ahead and ship them.


I have a booster case and gargantuan figure in my sidecart for April shipment, but I don't see these items on the product page. Will they be available to ship with my April subscriptions?


Can't see my order numbers because the system will not let me into the past order section ... so I can't give you a number. Name is Rick Mead and nothing seems to be moving along on a lot of items I have purchased. Hope you can look into it with just my name a guide.
