They should have been sent with order 3459338.
I placed the orders in well in advance of the deadline.
FYI - My game store got Heroes Set #1 in on 3/11. I got my subscription order on 3/13.

Hello Charles Scholz,
Thank you for letting us know. It looks like the items got stuck trying to go into your sidecart. They never made it there but were also not in the original order anymore. Since they were in limbo between places the subscription order didn't grab them. This is something the tech team is aware of and looking in to.
I have set all of the items to ship right away (without a shipping charge since they should have gone with the subscription) and they should be en route shortly. You should be receiving an email confirmation. Please look it over and let me know if any changes need to be made.
I also made sure Iconic Heroes Sets 2 and 3 got all the way into your sidecart so this won't happen again when they are ready.

Could you send an idea to the tech team for me.
On the Order History page there is a sidecart box at top. How about puting pending orders at the top as well? That way it would be easier to see if an order is in limbo.
