Order 3394753 was placed before my subscription order was completed and is still pending. One of the items was a non-mint AP book. Is this delaying the order from completing?
Also, I placed order 3495437 before my subscription order (3488857) was finalized, however, it did not move from the sidecart into the subscription order. It is a not a big deal, I can wait until next month, however I saw that others have had trouble with the strategy guide getting stuck in the side cart, so I just wanted to raise the flag just in case.

I'm sorry for any confusion with these! For order 3394753, it got set to kind of a weird order limbo we've been seeing sometimes (which the tech team should be looking into sometime). I have kicked it all the way over to your sidecart cart, so it should be able to combine with the next subscription order. If you want it moved out to ship sooner, please let me know.
For the Strategy Guide on order 3495437 - items need to be in the sidecart before the subscription order is generated for the month (because when orders are generated to accounts is when items are pulled out of the sidecart to be combined with the subscription order). If you are submitting an item after your subscription order has been generated for the month, and it want it combined with the pending subscription order, you should select the option on Step 2 of the check out process to combine it with order XXXXXXX.
Since yours was added to the sidecart after your March order was generated, it will hang out in the sidecart to ship in April.
