Hi, my order shipped via UPS on March 9th, was transferred to the USPS on March 11th at a post office 20 miles from my house and never seen again. It definitely should have arrived here by now as the post office has had it for 4 business days. Please help. Thanks!

I'm sorry to hear your order hasn't arrived yet. Sometimes post offices can get backed up.

According to your shipping confirmation email, the package has an estimate of 3 to 10 business days in transit. If for some reason it takes the full estimate, it should arrive by Monday, March 23rd.
