One Piece pirate campaign

Hello,
My group of 7 plus me are starting a pirate campaign in the near future.
I wanted to make character based on one of the members of the straw hat crew with only stuff that is in paizo books. I realize this might be hard, but any ideas would be appreciated.

P.s.It is gonna be an evil campaign so of you wanna throw in villain it might be fun.
