i got an email about order 3491271 but it mentioned nothing about order 3488528.

order 3488528 now says it is complete

is order 3488528 shipping with order 3491271?

It looks like order 3488528 was added to your sidecart after your subscription order (3491271) had been generated.

Items are pulled from the sidecarts when subscriptions orders are generated to accounts each month. If you are adding an item to your sidecart after that month's order has been generated, it will wait in the sidecart for the following month.

If you are trying to add items to the subscription order after it has been generated, you should select the option to "Combine It with order XXXXXXX" in Step 2 of the check out process.

So, at this time, order 3491271 has been processed for shipping and order 3488528 is in your sidecart to ship with the next possible subscription shipment.
