Customer Service


I received a ship notice about this order stating it would be shipped by Feb 20th, with an estimated ship time of 4-8 business days. I would like to verify that the package has indeed shipped, as it is now the 12th business day, and I still do not have my package. The tracking number provided in my email is apparently invalid, I click the link and it returns no information. I have also replied to the customer service email regarding this order.

I'm sorry to hear that hasn't arrived yet. It seems like we have a batch of packages from February where the tracking is being mysterious. We are still not sure if these have gone missing or just missed scans.

In any case, yours probably should have made it to you by now, so I have set up a replacement. The replacement is currently in your sidecart. However, since Adventure Path #92 is not shipping until April (was delayed because of the dock strikes on the West Coast), if you need #91 moved out to ship sooner than April, please let us know.
