So I have a player running a bloodrager cha 12 he bought Elemental Affinity(earth) with his Race points. He believes it grants him the ability to cast 4th level spells, but I'm not so sure. Anyone know an official ruling on this?
You mean, he would be eventually able to cast 4th level spell? Yeah he will be able to, not much else to say. He can't cast 4th level spell until he reaches a bloodrager level giving him 4th level spell.
