I'm just checking on a few orders I placed. 3477555, 3472129, 2471811 show completed but I don't see where it was shipped. 3457744 is still pending. Could someone check on there please?

I noticed that the book I ordered is in my side car 3 times. Once as a hardcover, once as a pdf and again as the hardcover/pdf I ordered.

Hello Aaron,

What you are seeing are the components of the bundle. The bundle itself, and then the two parts of it, the book and PDF. The PDF was granted to your account when you placed the order but when the physical book was moved to your sidecart the whole bundle had to be moved as well. That is why you are seeing all the components separated like that.

You should already have access to the PDF and the book will ship out with your subscription order.
