Greetings, I am a relatively new game master and I could use some advice reading the bestiary. I got most of it down, but the fiddly bits are interesting.
Right now, i'm prepping some Mephits for a session coming up, and they have DR/Magic. I can't seem to find out if that means they are resistant to magic or resistant to everything, except magic.
Thanks for any help.

DR is short for "Damage Reduction". They resist the first X points of physical damage from every attack (in this case 5). The part after the / is what kind of attack ignores their damage reduction. In this case, attacks made via magic or magical weapons ignore their damage reduction. Non-physical attacks always ignore DR because DR only resists physical damage.
DR/magic also has an interesting side effect: Creatures that possess natural DR/magic also treat their natural attacks as magical, meaning they can bypass the DR/magic of other creatures with their claws, bites, etc.
EDIT: To be clear, anything that deals bludgeoning, slashing, or piercing damage is a physical attack. Anything that does not deal one of those types is not.
