Mini Damaged

Wrote an email yesterday, but no answer so far.
Maybe its better to post here?

I got my Pathfinder Iconic Heroes Set 1 yesterday, it looks great, but 1 of the minis is damaged.

Sajan has his arm broken of. What can i do? I got pictures of course.
