Focused Shot / Alchemical Weapon / Explosive Missile Conundrum

Rules Questions

I tried searching for this but either my Search Fu is weak or this hasn't come up yet.

I have been trying around a few character ideas for an Alchemist lately. Since i really like the flavor of Crossbows i have been trying to think of ways of making the weapon at least somewhat viable as a backup.

So, since adding strength isn't an option with Crossbows i turned to Focused Shot, which seems to synergize nicely with the already high Int of the Alchemist. Of course, the standard action cost keeps you from using it in a full attack, so clearly i need to pump more damage into a single attack.

Enter the Grenadier's Alchemical Weapon special ability. Now, there is a fair bit of RAW/RAI here considering whether you still get to add your Int to damage of infused weapons.

Alternatively there is the Explosive Missile Discovery which lets you infuse bombs into ammunition. The wording seems clear here that you get to add Int.

Now. The really big question is, whether you get to add Int to damage through various ways at all. I seem to remember a rule that, in general, you only get to add a single stat to a single role once. Which leads me to several questions:

1)Does the Grenadier's Alchemical Weapon still add Int to damage?

and if

2)Does this allow me to add virtually Double Int to a single attack?
(my thinking is yes, because it seems to be as if it is not technically the same roll. I get to add it to the bolt damage and then to the splash weapon infused with the bolt again.)

and again if

3)Does this allow me to add three times my Into to damage if i also throw in the Explosive Missile Discovery?

tl;dr
shenanigans
