Several questions:
1) Is there a listing of the adventures and what level they are for?
2) When will it be available at Paizo?
-- david
Here is a list of authors and titles (some repetition of authors b/c this is just the 2 tables of contents cut and pasted when I did the blurb text). I don't have the level information in front of me.
Ed Greenwood (Emeralds of Highfang), Bill Webb (Ra’s Evil Grin, Sorcerer’s Citadel, Hidden Oasis, Pyramid of Amra, Sewers of the Underguild), Matt Finch (Hidden Oasis-Temple of Thoth), Jim Ward (Deep in the Vale), J. Collura (Noble Rot), Michael Curtis (The Dead from Above), Casey Christofferson (Ra’s Evil Grin, Sorcerer’s Citadel, Irtep’s Dish), Skip Williams(Death in Dyrgalas), and Steve Winter (Bad Moon Rising), Bill Webb (Of Ants & Men, Pit of Despair, Isle of Eliphaz), Matt Finch (Perils of Ghostwind Pass), Jim Ward (Dread Dragon Temple), Michael Curtis (The Darkening of Namjan Forest), and Casey Christofferson (Pit of Despair).
Bill will have to answer the Paizo question; I don't know the answer.

I'll be downloading the pdf tonight if I can. If I can remember I'll post what basic info I can (authors, adventure names and levels).
I was pleasantly surprised to find that I supported at a level that gets a physical book. There have been a few kickstarters where I had to drop back to a pdf only level due to budget reasons. I try to pledge high enough to get real books from FGG.

1) Is there a listing of the adventures and what level they are for?

To answer your first question (these are based on the PF version of Quests of Doom that I got, Swords and Wizardry and 5th ed is likely different)
Adventure LevelsNoble Rot 5-8
Of Ants and Men 4-8
Temple of Thoth 7-9
Sorceror's Citadel 9+
Ra's Evil Grin 11+
Pit of Despair 13+
The Dead from Above 10-13
Dread Dragon Temple 6-8
Emeralds of Highfang 15-17
Bad Moon Rising 6-8
Death in Dyrgalas doesn't say, based on cr's its 6-8
The Darkening of the Namjan Forest 6-8
Deep in the Vale 1st level
Irtep's Dish 6-8
Perils of Ghostwind Pass 5-7
Sewers of the Underground 11+
The Pyramid of Amra 12th level
The Isle of Eliphaz 14+
Also, most of the adventures can be used with any mix of classes, but there are a few that have been designed with specific classes or types of class (i.e. spellcasters) in mind.
