I do not want any orders shipped using Mail Innovations.

I would like to set my shipping preference to USPS First Class. I receive my orders in 2-3 days. When they are shipped using Mail Innovations it can take anywhere from 1-1/2 weeks to 3 weeks to arrive. I cannot find where to change my shipping choice either on My Account or when I order. It appears that UPS-MI is the primary choice for domestic shipping. I will state again I do not want anything I order shipped using UPS-MI. I will gladly pay the few pennies more to have items sooner.

I kept getting things shipped with UPS-MI when I had my subs set to first class. Changing my preference to USPS Priority meant I got my things faster and I was pleased it was cheaper (for me in Hawaii) as long as I was shipping multiple things (andit fits in the flat rate boxes).


My problem is I can find no place to change my shipping preference. It just doesn't show up either under My Account or during the order process.

Look under "My Subscriptions." Scroll down the page and there should be a box for "Shipping Method for Subscriptions" with a "Change Shipping Method" button under it.

If you have active subscriptions, you should be able to set a shipping preference for your subscriptions on the My Subscription page -- following Skeld's directions should take you there.

Otherwise, you should be able change your shipping options when going through the check out process:

From the shopping cart, hit the "Proceed to Checkout" button
This should bring you to a section with different numbered buttons that you can click on.
Click on "Step 2 - Shipping"
Click the button that says "Change Shipping Details"
This should should bring you to a page the will display all available shipping options and methods for the order at the time is it being placed.

I have no subscriptions, and when I order online there is no "Change Shipping Options" button shown under Step 2.

I spoke with Diego yesterday and he took care of me. I guess I will have to call in my orders from now on just to make sure it doesn't get shipped UPS-MI.

That seems odd, because it should be. The next time this occurs, can you take a screen shot so we can help trouble shoot things (or have the tech team take a look at things, if needed)?

Here is what I see when I try to order online.

Now when I click on "2 Shipping" it shows the different shipping methods. It always went from "1" to "3" before.

Sorry for any confusion with that! The system tends to automatically go to Step 3 (I have a request for the tech team to change that at some point), but you should be able to actually click on "2 - Shipping" to see/change the shipping options.
