As written, the Robot Surgeon has a completely useless ability:
One of its surgical procedures is "Cure Blindness/Deafness", which has a DC of 35, takes 30 minutes and cures one of blindness or deafness.
Another procedure is Major Surgery, which also as a DC of 35, but takes 15 minutes and cures _both_ blindness and deafness as well as healing damage.
There is never a situation where you would use Cure Blindness/Deafness because Major Surgery takes half the time and does more. What I suggest is to make Major Surgery more in line with the other general surgery options:
Major Surgery (DC 35): The patient is healed of 3d8+5 points of damage and either all ability damage to a selected ability score or 1d4+1 points of ability drain to a selected ability score. Required Time: 15 minutes.
