Does the Mythic Champion Path Ability Aerial Assaultwork even if your flying?

Lets say I am a Huge Roc because I am a Eagle Shaman Druid, and I grapple a large dragon while we are both 200 ft. in the air. Do Slam the dragon into the ground for 20d6 damage?

I'd allow it, as long you charged, expended mythic power, and then won the grapple check.

Power bomb away!

Thanks for your input. Anyone out there that would not allow this?
