Blood Rager (Blood Conduit) + Druid Wild Shape: does it qualify for spell conduit?

Would a Druid/Bloodrager (Blood Conduit), while in their wild shape be able to deliver spells using the Spell Conduit ability if they were wearing medium armor while they weren't wild shaped?

Consensus is that a wild shaping druid is not considered to wear armour when their armour is melded into them. So yes, that would work.
