orders 3099450 and 3322202

order 3099450 has been stuck on 'pending' since july 27, 2014 ... either let me cancel the order or send me the items! I'm tired of waiting for the order status to change

as for order 3322202 ... any idea if/when this one will finally ship? it's been 'pending' for a week now without a status change ... is there some sort of hold up?

Thank you very much for bringing this to our attention. It seems that your first order, #3099450, is being held up because it is waiting for the Alfred Redlute miniature to come in. However, I believe that there has been an error in inventory, as the second order you mentioned has the same miniature which says that it is in stock and ready to go. Were you intending to purchase two of the Alfred Redlute miniatures, or just one?

If you'd like, what I can do is take the remaining miniatures from your first order (Demonic Wings and Rise of the Runelords: Shining Child) and move them into your currently pending order (#3322202) and then I should be able to get everything sent out all together as soon as possible. It looks like your recent order is on a picklist and ready to go, but has not yet left our warehouse, so I would still be able to alter if it you would like. I've temporarily suspended the order just so that is it not sent out on accident before I hear back from you.

Please confirm what you would prefer to do and I will be sure to get it taken care of right away. I apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused, and would be happy to answer any further questions that you may have in the meantime.

yes, I would like only one of the Alfred redlute minis and I would also like to have the demonic wings and shining child added to my most recent order ... thank you for your time
