Sandara Quinn is written as often trying to acquire one or two critical pieces of equipment for certain characters from their valuables. This includes things like spell books, holy symbols, or a small weapon. The alchemy lab needed to produce the mutagen could likely be among such items that Sandara procures for the party. Or the GM could have it not be available for a while, in which case, talk to them.
Also, agreeing with Paladin on the front of brushing up your communication skills; translation services are not a prime skill of internet-goers.
