If a creature has DR 5/magic how does the conjuration school ability Acid Dart and other similar abilities interact with this? I think acid dart would do full damage.

Elemental Damage [Acid, Fire, Cold, Electricity] bypasses DR anyway.

So yes it would do full damage.

You are right DR does not affect spell damge ( except for a few called out spells)

acid and other energy damage types always bypass DR. They instead have to get through energy resistance.
