Pathfinder Adventure Path, Rulebook Subscriber

Dear Customer Care

I noticed in my subscription page, that one of the books I bought in Order 3405951 (castles of the inner sea) is label as pending for a later shipment, is there a problem? If you don’t have inventory (I bought this article non-mint) please could you swap the book for the normal version of it? Of course I don’t mind the extra charge for the non-mint to normal version, respecting my PF + Holiday discount pls

Hi there Wagram,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention! It looks like this may have been a display glitch in our system. I checked into your order and we have a Non-Mint copy of Castles of the Inner Sea reserved for your order. I think the fact that your order was in the sidecart was throwing off our inventory a bit.

Would you still prefer to leave this order in the sidecart, or would you like it sent out right away? Just let me know what you would prefer, and I will get it taken care of for you.

This order is now set to your sidecar to ship with your next subscription order. If you don't see the Castles of the Inner Sea book move to your February order when it gets generated, please let us know, and we'll give the system goblins a kick to let it go.

Hi Saraya,

I just received an email confirmation for order 3425010, and it includes the articles that were pending in my side cart except for one Book “castles of the inner sea”,

Could you please add this item in the same shipment?
