Does a Sorcerers Bloodline Arcana apply to spells cast as a different class.

For Example: A Sorcerer (Infernal bloodline)/Wizard (Evoker) who casts a wizard spell of the charm subschool (one that he prepared in a wizard list), increase the spell’s DC by +2?

Another Example: the same Sor/Wiz from above casts a magic missile spell as a Sorcerer - does he add 1/2 his wizard level to the damage?
