PC wants to create a new feat for their Monk

Homebrew and House Rules

One of the PC's in a game I'm running wants to create a feat for their Monk (level 10) and I'm inclined to let them. I just thought I would run it past the experts first.

"One inch Punch." Basically, you can attack with natural weapons (fists) with no minuses if you are holding the grapple. Prereq would be Improved Grapple feat.

Any suggestions? Other Prereqs?

If you control the grapple, you already can.

Grand Lodge

When you begin your turn with an opponent grappled, you make a check to maintain the grapple. After this you can choose to either automatically hit the target with a light or one-handed weapon, attempt to tie the opponent (with a -10 penalty to the check), attempt to pin the opponent, or maneuver the opponent to a different square.

If you're following the grapple rules properly, this feat should be completely unnecessary.

Edit: %&*^ing ninjas! :0

awesome thanks!
