Cards missing

Just received my subscription order #3430826 and was missing both promo cards and a packing list was not in the box. Mistmourn and Zogmugot. It pains me that this is the 3rd time I have had to contact customer service pertaining to missing cards. It has forced me to open all of my Pathfinder card sets for Rise of the Runelords and check them against the published checklists. Not only did it cause me to lose the surprise of not know what type of cards I would encounter, but I have found 2 more additional cards missing. Apparently in Adventure 3 I had received 3 duplicate cards and missing 3. Please send a copy of the location card Dam and the barrier Hand Chopper. I was amazed to see an adventure 4 card in this card set by mistake.

I love the quality of the product. Please, please, please increase the quality control.

Did you look inside the box ? They have been putting them inside the box of cards.

Hello Louis,

Thanks for letting us know about this! It turns out the mixup with your Adventure Deck #3 from Runelords was a widespread one, due to an error at the printer. If you want, you can read about it in this thread here.

What we ended up doing for those was put together a 'make good' pack which got the correct cards all together, but we didn't receive them until some of the Adventure Deck #4 had already been sent out. I'll go ahead and get one of those on the way to you, along with the two promo cards from your Skull & Shackles deck. You should receive a shipping confirmation once those are on the way to you.

Thank you for sending the make good pack, but I did not need those cards. I am still missing the Location Dam and a copy of the Barrier Hand Chopper. Please see previous post. Thanks.

Sorry for any confusion about the other card, we just realized we misunderstood what was in the Make Good packs for Rise of the Runelords. So:

Due to the mix up at the printer the missing barriers from Deck 3 - Hook Mountain Massacre are accidentally in Deck 4 - Fortress of the Stone Giants (so once you pick up Deck 4, the missing Handchopper (and some extras) will be there. The Make Good pack fixes the cards that were missing from Deck 4.

I hope that makes sense. If you have any questions before I get the Dam location card sent out, please let me know.


Please send 1 qty of the Barrier: Hand Chopper as well as The Dam. I am missing one copy of it. Thanks.
