If one of the items got crushed on a corner during shipping, what can be done?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention! I've reviewed the picture, and it does seem like the inner box was a bit bent during shipping. Was the miniature itself damaged? If the dragon inside was damaged, we should be able to set up a replacement for you.

The inside mini wasn't damaged, but I had planned to offer it for sale in my store and I won't be able to sell it as new with the box dented like this.

Hello James,

Unfortunately, since the damage took place during transit and did not affect the miniature inside, I don't think we would be able to send a replacement without the possibility of the replacement box being dented in transit as well.

If you'd like, I can offer you the Non-Mint price for the product and refund the difference between that and what you paid. Generally it is a 25% difference in price. Just let me know if that sounds okay, and I'll go ahead and get it taken care of right away.
