Doesn't the bolded part of this sentence make everything after it irrelevant?

"The brawler can use this ability again before the duration expires in order to replace the previous combat feat with another choice."

Using the ability multiple times in a row doesn't grant you more than one extra feat, it just changes the extra feat you have.
To get multiple bonus feats from this ability, you have to get them all at the same time.
