Unable to invite second character on account

So I created a company, and invited other players, who were able to join.
I invited my DT and I see her in the pending invites, but when I try to accept (/vcaccept) I get the message that no invite exist for the character.

Other points, is it possible to transfer leadership of a company, or is it a disband, re-create situation to change leaders?

I was able to add my DT to my own company so it is possible.

Can you accept the character through the company UI?

Right now there are no leadership changing functions.

When I accept the character I get the message that the character has not accepted their invite.
