Anything that adds to Jade Oath or that feel is welcome. I am really looking forward to the MA Guidebook.
This is a pipedream, and I'm sure it wouldn't really sell, but I would love to see the 1001 spells adapted to the "variable level" spellcasting that appears in Unearthed Arcana, but usable with pathfinder. I love that system.
The renegade feats is one of my favorite - any 3PP publisher doing add ons for a different 3PP is something I always enjoy.. but again, that probably really limits sales.

Well I am hoping someone will pitch me a 1st level Jade Oath adventure.
Yes that is a pipe dream, though you might talk to Tim Wallace, see if he will do it on his blog.
We did do The Secrets of Renegade Archetypes I and II.

I'm actually thinking about trying my hand at the variable levels myself. And I love the renegade archtype books too. :D
Generally I love all your stuff. Whatever fulfills you as a writer will likely be something I enjoy.
My problem is that I really like stuff that isn't necessarily popular. So you ask what I would like I would come up with great ideas I would love and likely spell financial ruin for anyone publishing it. I spent too many years in retail to not understand how that works. :D

We do have Faces of the Tarnished Souk: An NPC collection which is part of the Coliseum Morpheon, in February/March, which will be 300+ pages.
I will think on a Jade Oath AP, we have already done our Kaidan Trilogy and I need to focus on finishing the campaign setting.
The modules we do are what folks pitch us but I will talk to Robert about it.
And yes there are more In the Company of Monsters books in the works.

I'd like to see some expansion on material that you already have, Steve. More racial options for some of the races you've introduced, maybe some new archetypes or that take advantage of the Advanced Class Guide's expansion of classes, that sort of thing.

I'm looking forward to Questhaven, more than any other RiP-book pending. I'm also looking forward to Kaidan's final release and the martial arts guidebook. Beyond that, I'd love to see:
-more material on the plane of dreams; perhaps crossover with teh upcoming ItC:Dragons-mini-setting?
-Kaidan and HotJO sourcebooks and adventures, possibly an AP for each, but NOT one that acts as a crossover - HotJO and Kaidan's fluff don't mix well in my book
-Plane of dreams AP to lead into Coliseum Morpheuon
-A full 6 book AP for Questhaven, with all the odd creatures and classes
-New Evocative City Sites
-more #30 (or 10 or 101) traps, haunts, hazards etc.
And since my players specifically asked for it, unlikely though it may be:
-Arcana Eveolved's CS updated for PFRPG, RiP-style, and more Ritual of Choice-installments.
As always, just my 2 cents.

First, I'll say that I currently have all of the 101, 30, and In the Company Of series, but only a random(ish) sampling of the others. This selection reflects by personal preferences and biases, and in turn may bias my suggestions for future products. Please take everything I suggest with an appropriate quantity of salt.
--I'd like to see some more of the 20 variant monsters series, they were quite enjoyable.
--A product focused on shields. I already have 101 armor and shield properties, but I think we could use something like #30 unique magical shields.
--Related to the above, something to make tower shields viable. This might be best as a Secrets Of.
--A playable plant race, preferably as a racial paragon class.
--For other racial paragon classes, I'd be interested in seeing In the Company of Trolls or In the Company of Elementals.
--Two years ago, I disliked NPC collections. However, I've changed my mind after I realized I had mostly been exposed to what I consider sub-par npc collections. Also, as my life has grown busier, I've been more and more grateful to those with the time to make great NPCs that I can just plop into a campaign. I was really happy with Faces of the Tarnished Souk, and my favorite NPC collection to date is probably 30 intelligent magic items (which I consider both an NPC collection and a magic item collection:) ).
So with all that said, I'd really like to see an NPC collection for Questhaven NPCs. Or, alternatively, an NPC collection not tied to a specific campaign setting.
--Speaking of intelligent magic items, I run both low and high level games. One thing that frustrates me about low level games is the lack of room for intelligent magic items, due to their enormous gold-piece value. The cheapest item in 30 Intelligent Magic Items is 11,160 gold, and most are much costlier. I'd be interested in seeing something along the lines of 30 affordable intelligent magic items. This might also work better as part of a larger product, 101 affordable magic items.
--101 drawbacks/flaws: these were one of the features of unearthed arcana and Ultimate Campaign that I felt should have been expanded upon.
--Team ups with other companies. Warning: Incoming ramble, you can just skip to the actual suggestion, where the next bold phrase is.
One of the best IMO parts of d20 is that different character classes can use entirely different subsystems: martial maneuvers, psionic powers, Vancian spells, vestiges/spirits, truenaming, invocations, and infusions. Several third party companies have made their own subsystems, most of which have limited expansions. I'd love to see you take, say, the composition subsystem from Interjection and make another 101 Compositions. Or 101 Path of War Maneuvers. Or 101 Ethermagic Manifestations (from Ultimate Ethermagic). 101 <insert name of ability from another subsystem>
I recognize, though, that such a product may be a hard sell. Even when WotC produced most of the subsystems during 3.5, they were rarely supported beyond their initial book. Learning a new subsystem is time consuming for a customer, and so many players (let alone GMs) avoid non-core or unfamiliar subsystems. Given the small advertising budgets of a typical third party company, I don't expect a lot of people would be lining up for your expansions to other companies' subsystems. I certainly would be, but I know you can't make products just for me. Maybe it would be better of as a 30 product rather than a 101.
End of ramble. So for my actual suggestion, perhaps you could expand upon the most recognized subsystems from DSP: 101 psionic powers and 101 martial maneuvers (PoW). Then, maybe you could do 101 regenade class abilities, including a collection of abilities from the dozen different Interjection Games subsystems, along with DSP subsystems and Radiance House spirits/vestiges.
I don't know how many people other than me would want those, but since you asked what I would like to see, and not what the forumites thought would be the best business decision from you, I gave the answer I did:)

This would be 110% amazing. I always approve of 3rd-party publishers supporting each other! :D
