Currently we are about 25 business days into the estimate of 9-36 business days. Sometimes packages can fly through the system and sometimes they can take the full shipping estimate and unfortunately we don't have a way to tell if it missing or just delayed until the full 36 days are up. If it hasn't shown up by Friday January 23rd let us know and we can set up a replacement.
