Redeemed weapon quality and Magus' arcane pool

If I have a +3 redeemed sword that I then use my arcane pool ability to increase the weapon bonus to +5, do the saving throw bonuses against the spells and abilities of evil outsiders increase from +3 to +5?

For the duration of the arcane pool ability, the weapon has a +5 enhancement bonus.
