More Natural Weapons through Magic Items?

I know I could search out a couple of them - but I'd also probably miss some.

What are all of the different magic items which increase the number of natural attacks one has?

Ring of Rat Fangs, Wyrven Cloak, and Helm of the Mammoth Lord are the main ones that come to mind.

Tentacle Cloak is nice, but only for one minute a day.

Do you get the tail attack only when in water? It's hard to tell if the tail attack is part of the salt watter effect, or if it's seperate.
