Bard or Inquisitor

Advice

Having gotten some ideas based on others advice earlier I have realized that my character Ideas have been cut down to to. This is an evil campaign where Everyone in the world is good. This means that any evil is severely punished, So the party has to be more secretive.

Anyhow, My question is which is better, Bard or Inquisitor.

I have thought of both, and it seems like the Inquisitor makes better for damage and synergy with themselves, and do help other characters, while the Bard is more of a party buffer in general and better for control.

They both fit the general character concept, which I used to cut out classes, mainly to make it easier to figure this out. The party may have more than one rogue, and there will be four player counting my self, so I am trying to find the best fit, and would like varying opinions.

Multiple Rogues? Ouch.

You might need to carry this party more than support it, in which case an Inquisitor could be the best choice.

I have played with the people in this campaign most likely to setup the multiple rouges. They made a good team of two rogues in a previous campaign. They tend to work well, if they don't wander off.
