Dear Paizo Customer Support,
Hope you all had a great New Years!
Living in England, UK, I appreciate my subscriptions can take quite a while to get to me. So much so that I wasn't that worried my November subscription order number 3330940 did not arrive very quickly.
However, my December order arrived 3390154 - and my November order is still not here!
Is there any way to find out what has happened to my order? Has it been lost in the Abyss? :(

Currently we are about 25 business days into the estimate of 9-36 business days. Sometimes packages can fly through the system and sometimes they can take the full shipping estimate and unfortunately we don't have a way to tell if it went into the Abyss until the full 36 days are up. If it hasn't shown up by Friday January 16th let us know and we can set up a replacement.

Hi Customer Support,
I finally received this order, and it was ruined. It had been packed inside a Royal Mail "damaged goods" bag.
According to the Royal Mail it was "received as damaged" completely flooded out, and the books were just like a solid mass of wet paper. I tried drying them out slowly, but they are just completely unusable.
Help :(
