Multiple archetypes of the same class? (Pfs)

Rules Questions

Silver Crusade

Hello all, I'm trying to plan out a couple of ideas for a new PC for pfs. They're basically 2 different paladin builds, a divine hunter and a support hospitaler oradin.

My question is about archetypes. I'd like to take 1 dip in divine hunter and take the rest as either a hospitaler for the oradin, and oath of vengeance for the dpr.

From what i understand about archetypes you cant use both if they change a similar ability, so I wanted to make sure if this idea was pfs legal or not? Otherwise I'll look and see what my options are for the type of character I have in mind.

You cannot 'dip' into archetypes of the same class. You cannot be a Paladin (Divine Hunter) 1/Paladin (Hospitaler) 10 because you are a Paladin.

If two archetypes modify or alter the same ability they will never happen on the same character.

In short, Divine Hunter, Hospitaler, and Oath of Vengeance will never happen on the same character.

You can take multiple archetypes are long as they don't both replace the same feature (example: Aura of Courage). When taking multiple archetypes, as say a Paladin, you must decide this at the beginning (Paladin 1) and every time you progress a level you gain the benefits and disadvantages of both archetypes. For a list of archetypes that you can legally combine, check out Here. It's a bit old, so some of the new classes and archetypes aren't on there but it will help with a lot of the base classes.

Thanks for the list.
