There are many "blood" mages in Pathfinder but not quite sure, it is what you want. Since for me, the iconic ability of the complete mage blood magus is to teleport from people body via blood.
Now it depends what you are trying to replicate from the PrC, quite sure, people can recommend something for you.
bloatmages are specifically blood themed, cruouromancer wizards use blood to modify their stuff as well (and make great necromancers).
The pathfinder bloatmage is pathfinder's blood mage. Very awesome prestige class but not standard in any way.
