Looking for a pally that keeps channel energy but can get banner/tactician…. anyone?

By default paladin already have banner with their aura of courage but anyway , guess you want the Holy Tactician archetype. It gives teamwork feats to his teammate and keep channel energy, you lose of a lot paladin class features tho including aura of courage, but guess you could pick up the appropriate teamwork feats to help with the saves against fear.
Not saying that Holy Tactician is a good archetype but probably closest to what you want.
