I don't get them. I bought the beginners box and the explanation doesn't really make sense to me. So my friend found a Masterwork Silver Dagger. I see that it has a minor of 94-95. what does all this mean?? It doesn't appear to have or add any stats. If someone could explain this to me that would be great! Thanks in advance.

Minor 94-95 is the random drop table. Or, if as a GM you wanted to give a "random" minor item you would roll a d100 and if it came up 94-95 you would award a masterwork silver dagger. The table shouldn't be called "magic items" but sometimes sloppiness gets through an edit.
Stats for dagger, masterwork, and silver are in the equipment chaper of the core rule book.

A Masterwork Silver Dagger is a non magical dagger that is finely made and made of alchemical silver. Stats are normal dagger with a +1 to hit from being masterwork and a -1 to damage for being made of silver. It also bypasses Damage Reduction that is overcome by silver, DR X/silver.
The Minor 94-95 I believe refers to a randomly rolled treasure (minor item, specific weapon).
