Yes, it is a henchman. I had one in mine. There are also a few Cyclops Savage henchmen, and I just noticed I had mixed my oracle into the middle of my savages. I'd double check you didn't do that same thing and that it isn't somewhere else. If you still don't find it, post in the customer service forum and they'll take care of you.
