If the engineering design is robust enough, and the system is properly maintained, that risk should be minimized. And the company has been working on this for several years. I suspect they've tested the s*~% out of it.

IIRC, Dominoes or Pizza Hut tried this a number of years ago. They went back to people after a lack of confidence in the technology. But my memory is hazy.
