Subscription Service is Broken?

So, my life has been really busy for the last six months, and I lost track of my subscriptions. It looks like I paid for my September subscription and got it shipped in Oct, but nothing has happened since then?

I have tried reading through this forum to figure out what happened, but there are way too many posts to get through.

Can somebody explain what happened and how I can get it fixed?

With further research, it seems like these are thing things that I am missing:

• Modules: Plunder and Peril

New Releases in December

• Adventure Path #89: Palace of Fallen Stars (Iron Gods 5 of 6)
  
• Campaign Setting: Lost Treasures
  
• Maps: Map Pack: Boarding Action

Questions:

1. Is it possible to get these grouped together and sent to me with my subscription discount?

2. Can I get my subscriptions re-started so that I get automatic shipments in the future?

Thanks for bringing that to our attention! I think I see what's causing the problem on your account (though I can't say for sure what the goblins in the system did to make it happen in the first place).

So:

1) I have everything set up in an order to get you caught up. You should get an updated order confirmation email soon. Please let me know if anything looks wrong.

2) I think I have reprimanded the system goblins enough that they won't cause any more shenanigans in the future, so things should be automatic from here again.
