How do I get sessions back that are gone?

Just the other day, the VC for my area commented that he'd "fixed" my account, and when I went in all my sessions were gone.

I emailed him and he said he didn't change anything, but before that I had two characters and a bunch of sessions, and now I've got dugan.

It's entirely possible that it's coincidence, of course :)

Who can poke at the system and see what happened? Any help would be appreciated (including moving this from here to the Web forum if appropriate).

Hey gbonehead, your characters took a small side trip outside of reality but they have been returned and most of their sanity restored! Look in your My Pathfinder Society and you should see both of them again.

If your "-1" was deleted once upon a time, is it possible to get it back?

Even if you've had 20-something characters since?
