hey a bunch of friends were thinking og getting into or getting back into for me and another pathfinder, an adventure path might be a good way to ease us back in and the egyptian themed mummy's mask seems intereting but is it any good?

Mummy's Mask is awesome! i highly recommend it,
its actually one of the best for easing back into the game (Rise of the Runelords is the other)
All the Adventure Paths (except maybe Second Darkness) are good, at least in terms of story (Wrath of the Righteous has some mechanical issues).
You should pick which AP to play base on what kind of story you want to tell, and what kind of game you want to play.
I don't know about Second Darkness (although i have heard stuff) but i have run the entire Shattered Star and i didn't like it so i advise against that.
About Mummy's Mask, i have the AP but haven't read/played/run it so i can't offer advise.
I recommend RotRL for a new group.
I'm running Mummy's Mask right now and having a blast. The players seem to be enjoying it a lot. I highly recommend it.
